► About payment ◄★ I have the right to cancel/decline the commission if I can’t fulfill the standards or if the work is problematic in some way.★ The commission will not start until half of the established fee has been paid.★ In case you might NEED TO CANCEL on the commission and nothing has been started yet I will give a complete refund.★ Once the commission is delivered, if you need changes to be made, it will have an extra cost. (Under the exemption that it is an error on my part).★ If I have already started the commission, the refund of half of the payment cannot be made (unless the client's reason is valid such as illness or something serious). If for some reason I am unable to deliver the commission, I will refund the respective payment.★ Once the submitted DEMO is approved and I have the final version of the MV. The payment of the remaining half will be necessary to send you the final files.★ In case it takes more than 4 months to make the video, without any explanation or notice of the delay. The customer has the right to a refund of the money.► About the process ◄★ The image files must be of high quality so that the delivery of the video can have a good quality.★ I need the finished artwork to start with. I can not start working on the video if the illustrations are not finished due to the possible change of sizes that could have the same. I will also need the audio mix to be finished. I can work with a DEMO of the mix if it already has the voice timing done.★ The size of the videos is 1080p. In case you need another size please let us know before the work starts.★ In case you have an idea of something you want in the video (either references to other videos, shapes, transitions, etc.) please let me know before I start working. In case of not commenting anything about it I will take the liberty to make the video as I think is best for each situation.★ When the work is about to finish, I will be showing you a DEMO video so that you can see how it is being, at that moment do not hesitate to ask me for changes you want, but depending on its complexity, or the amount of changes, I can take the liberty of asking you for an extra charge.★ If something happens that can delay the commission, I’ll let you know.★ If you have a specific date when you want the video finished please let me know so I can schedule it and see if it is possible or not. The time period for a video is approximately a minimum of 2 weeks to 2 months depending on the difficulty of the video.► Final delivery ◄★ Don't EDIT, TRACE or MODIFY the final product.★ Please credit me properly. (It's ok to give credits using my Twitter link or my Carrd!).★ I will deliver the video in high quality along with a bonus image of a thumbnail for the MV (You can use it freely!). Delivery of the video will be via Google Drive or Gigafile! (The google files I will keep them uploaded for a few months or until I see the video uploaded).★ Once you post the video it would help me a lot if you could send me the link so I can add it to my portfolio! ( Since sometimes I am working on multiple projects at the same time and can't keep an eye on the client's social networks ).

► Sobre el pago ◄★ Tengo el derecho de cancelar/rechazar la comision si no puedo cumplir con los estandares de la mismo o si el trabajo es problematico de alguna manera.★ La comision no comenzará hasta que la mitad de la cuota establecida sea hecha.★ En caso de que NECESITES CANCELAR la comisión y no haya comenzado con la misma , podré realizar un reembolso completo★ Una vez que la comisión sea entregada, en caso de necesitar cambios, estos tendrán un costo extra (A excepción de que sea un error cometido por mi parte)★ Una vez comenzada la comisión, no será posible el reembolso ( A menos que la razón del cliente sea valida como por ejemplo alguna emfermadad seria, en caso de esto tendrá que ser demostrable la misma). Si por alguna razón yo no puedo terminar la comision, entregaré el reembolso correspondiente.★ Una vez que el demo sea aprobado y tenga la versión final del video, será necesario el pago de la mitad restante para que yo pueda entregar los archivos.★ En caso de que me tome más de 4 meses el entregar el video y no haya explicado las razones del retraso. El cliene tiene el derecho de reclamar una devolución de su dinero► Sobre el proceso ◄★ Para poder entregar un video de alta calidad será necesario que los archivos de imagenes sean en alta calidad también★ Para poder comenzar a trabajar necesitaré que la illustración este ya terminada. No puedo trabajar con WIPs de la misma debido a que puede variar el tamaño y todo el trabajo realizado tendrá que ser ajustado.★ El tamaño usual de video con el que trabajo es de 1080p. En caso de necesitar otro tamaño por favor avisar antes de que comience con el mismo.★ Si tienes una idea/referencia o algo que desees que ocurra en el video, por favor dimelo antes de que comience con el mismo. En caso de que el cliente no comente nada al respecto, tendré la libertad de realizar el video como mejor me parezca para las distintas situaciones.★ Una vez que el trabajo este avanzado. Le enviaré un DEMO del video asi puedes ver como estaría quedando. En ese momento por favor dime los cambios que desees que realice. Pero ten en cuenta que los cambios grandes/complejos o una excesiva cantidad de cambios podran tener un cargo extra.★ Si algo ocurre que pudiese retrasar la entrega de la comisión, te lo haré saber.★ Si tienes una fecha especifica en la que desees subir el video por favor dimelo asi puedo verificar mi agenda y decirte si es posible realizar la comisión o no. El periodo de tiempo aproximado es de mínimo 2 semanas hasta 2 meses dependiendo la dificultad del video.► Entrega Final ◄★ No EDITES, COPIES or MODIFIQUES el producto final.★ Por favor darme los respectivos creditos. ( Utilizando el link o @ de mi Twitter o el link de mi Carrd! ).★ Te entregaré el video de alta calidad junto con una miniatura de regalo ( Puedes usarla libremente! ). La entrega del video será por medio de GoogleDrive o Gigafile! ( Ten en cuenta que los archivos de GoogleDrive durarán unos meses subidos o hasta que vea el video publicado )★ Una vez que publiques el video me ayudaría mucho si pudieses enviarme el link asi podria agregarlo a mi portfolio! ( Ya que muchas veces estoy trabajando en varios videos al mismo tiempo y no puedo estar al pendiente de las redes sociales de los clientes )
